abstract This invention relates to cosmetology. The purpose of the invention is the higher foaming capacity and viscosity of the agent. The reactor is charged with water, fatty acid disanolamides, sulfoethoxylate, glycerin, an aqueous dye solution, heated and stirred. After cooling, the deproteinized whey is loaded and mixed.
