titleOfInvention | Paper material for sanitary and medicinal uses |
abstract | The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and improves the quality of the material by increasing its absorbency while maintaining its elastic-deformation properties and strength in the wet state. Paper material is obtained by impregnating a fibrous base with a synthetic latex based on acrylic monomers, an alkyl benzene sulfonate and a methylol melamine ethylene glycol ether crosslinking agent. As a synthetic latex, a copolymer of ethyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylic ether and methylol methacrylamide and a copolymer of ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylic ether and methylol methacrylamide is used. The paper material contains, w.h .: fiber base 100, synthetic latex based on acrylic monomers 5-15, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate 0.25-0.50, and methylol melamine ethylene glycol ether 0.05-0.5.
