titleOfInvention | Triethylammonium-2,2,5-triphenyl-1,3,2,5-dioxaboronate aphosphorinane displaying antiviral activity |
abstract | The invention relates to the chemistry of organophosphorus compounds, in particular to triethylammoii-2,2,5-triphenyl-1,3,2,5-dioxaboronate phosphorinane (DBP), which has antiviral activity and can be used in medicine. The goal is to create more active compounds of the specified class. New DBP is prepared using di (hydroxymethyl) phenylphosphine, diphenylboronic acid isobutyl ester and triethylamine. After separation of the reaction mixture, acetone is added. When standing, DBP falls out. Yield 45%, mp. 91-9b C. The tests show an increase in DBP of the incubation period (2.9 days versus 1.4) and the protection index (from 33 to 87.7%). 2 tab. & 0 00 9d; hz x |
