titleOfInvention | Method of revealing microbacteria of tuberculosis in biolgical tests |
abstract | This invention relates to medicine, more specifically to phthisiology. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method by better differentiating mycobacteria from other types of non-pathogenic microorganisms in an environment that additionally contains glycerin, 96-degree alcohol, and carbolic acid. For this, a membrane filter, through which a mixed sample of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and E.coli is passed, is stained with Tsil carbolic fuchsin heated to 60 ° C with the content of the following reagents, ml: Fuchsin basic 0.2-0.5 g, glycerol 0.002-0.005; ethyl alcohol 2-5, carbolic acid 1-25, water up to 100. After decolorization with 2% nitric acid and washing with water, the preparation is colored with a 0.017% solution of methylene blue. During scopy, the number of tuberculosis microbacteria and E. coli cells is recorded in 100 fields of view. L |
