titleOfInvention | Method of producing immobilized ribosephosphateisomerase |
abstract | This invention relates to a process for the preparation of immobilized enzyme preparations. It can be used in the production of chemical reagents for biotechnological purposes in the creation of model systems that fix carbonic acid. The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability and specific activity of the immobilized ribose phosphate isomerase, as well as to accelerate the process. The essence of the method lies in the fact that this enzyme is immobilized on amino ethyl cellulose, which is preactivated with glutaric aldehyde, and the binding of the enzyme is carried out in 0.008-0.012 M sodium phosphate buffer with a pH of 7.0-7.2 V for 50-60 minutes The method allows to obtain an enzyme with a higher (2 times) specific activity and stability.
