Method of treating hydrated pulp |
abstract |
The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to hydrometallurgical methods for processing sulfide materials containing non-ferrous metals. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the loss of non-ferrous metals with flotation tails. Hydrate pulp is processed by precipitation of heavy non-ferrous metal sulphides with sulfur dioxide in calcium hydroxide with continuous stirring. Before deposition of metals, a mixture consisting of kerosene, primary amine and fatty acid is introduced into the initial pulp in an amount of 0.08-0.10 g per 1 g of nickel in the liquid phase of the initial pulp. Lime-sulfur decoction served in the pulp to a pH of 7.5-8.5, then the original pulp is fed again to a pH of 4.8-5.1. After precipitating the sulphides, they are extracted to the flotation concentrate. 6 tab. i (Л С соьо с СП with 00 |
