titleOfInvention Method of producing food additive from waste of tea concentrate production
abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a feed mill industry and relates to methods for producing a feed additive for cattle. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality and cost reduction. In the method of production of the feed additive, before drying, bentonin clay, used after clarification of the tea extract, is introduced into the meal. The use of waste bentonite clay not only increases the feed resources, but also improves their quality and reduces cost. In contrast to the known method, the proposed feed additive contains a significant amount of biologically active substances: amino acids, tannin-catenate, theaflavin, thearubigin, etc. The drying is carried out at 100-110 ° C followed by grinding to a particle size of 0.3 -0.5 nm. with (L with O5 O5 WITH CO
