titleOfInvention Method for producing 6,8-difluor-1,4-dihydro-4 oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-1-vinylquinoline-3-carboxylic acid or hydrochloride thereof
abstract The invention relates to substituted quinoline carboxylic acids, in particular the preparation of 6,8-difluoro-1,4-DIGIDRO-4-OXO-7-l-piperazinyl -1-vinyl quinoline-3-carboxylic acid (HCK) or its hydrochloride (MCC), which possess antibacterial activity and can be used in medicine. The goal is to create new, more active substances of the specified class. The preparation of HCs is carried out from 7- 4-acetal-1-piperazi-2-chloroethyl-3,8-difluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-hydroxyquinoline-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester of 7-4-ethexyl-3-carboxylic acid and alkali in an aqueous ethanol medium with heating with the subsequent allocation of the HC or its conversion into the hydrochloride by treatment with conc. HC1 GHK has so pl. 2-7-270 ° C (with decomposition). Tests show that HCH has twice the antibacterial activity of 6-fluoro-1-vinyl-7-l-piperazinyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid. 2 tab.
