titleOfInvention | Nutrient medium for detecting paunch microorganisms assimilating carbamide nitrogen |
abstract | This invention relates to microbiology, in particular nutrient media for the detection of rumen microorganisms that assimilate urea nitrogen. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the medium and the accuracy of the release. The medium additionally contains sodium isobutyric acid, choline chloride and cyancobalamin at the urea ratio. and carbohydrates 1: 5-10. As a result of using the proposed medium, the growth rate of microorganisms using urea nitrogen increases by 5-15%. Amylase microbial activity increases by 7–12 times as compared with the known Kuchinsky medium. The invention can be used in scientific research and in the practice of feeding ruminants for an objective assessment of the course of microbiological processes in the forefoot and the contribution of microorganisms assimilating urea nitrogen to the amino acid and protein nutrition of ruminants. 4 tab.
