titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for checking shaft turn angle-to-digital converter
abstract The invention relates to automation and computer technology and can be used to control a shaft angle converter into a code. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of control when exposed to operational factors. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of controlling the converter of the angle of rotation of the shaft into the code, os. In the block 3, the real signals are generated on the unit 3, and the splitter 9 outputs the calculated code change points, determining the error of the converter 20. The code has unambiguous code reading in block 13, within which the signals of the real code change points are compared. In cases of their mismatch, the output signal 28 of the IS-KEY or 1 I gate signals is formed, the number of them in the counter 15 and the values of the angles of rotation of the converter shaft corresponding to the moments of the formation of the gate signals are determined. The average value of the real code change angle is determined by summing in the block 14 values of the angles of rotation of the converter shaft and dividing the sum in block 18 by the number of gating signals; the error of the converter is determined by subtracting in block 16 the average value of the angle of the real code from the calculated code change angle. 2 sec. 1 hp Ft-ly 4 il. with (O (L to with 00 with Figure 2
