abstract This invention relates to methods for preventing peritoneal adhesions. To prevent adhesions in the postoperative period, for 3-4 days, an aerosol containing fibronolysin 15-20 thousand units is administered into the abdominal cavity, streptomycin 400-500 thousand units, hydrocortisone 60-80 mg, 0 , 5% solution of novocaine 60-80 ml, tween-20 0.4-0.8 ml and oxygen. The aerosol is prepared immediately prior to introduction into the foaming agent, where the drug mixture is placed and oxygen is passed through to form a stable fine foam.
