abstract | To reduce postoperative complications, cut out the superficial scleral flap (SL) with the base to the equator of the eye, from the remaining deep layers of the sclera, cut the second SL with the base to the limbus with dimensions smaller than the first. Next, the first SL is placed under the second. The goniosynechia dissection is performed, a V-shaped xenodrain is implanted, one end of which is between the ciliary body and the lower surface of the first SL, and the second end between the upper surface of the first (W and the lower surface of the second and fixed to it).
