abstract The invention relates to construction materials and is intended for cementing oil and gas wells. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sedimentation stability of the cement slurry and increase the strength of the resulting stone in the temperature range from 20 to 160 °. The composition includes a mixture of cement and fine-milled silica-containing component, as which the dry separation waste (OCC) of phosphate ores is used in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Cement - 40-80; OSS - 20-60. The composition of the OSS is, wt.%: SiO2 - not less than 67.7, and Aloz not more than 4.66. The composition is prepared in the workshop of dry cement mixtures using disintegrator technology. The components of the mixture in a predetermined ratio are fed through a metering device controlled by a correction device to the disintegrator. Here, the displacement, grinding and mechanochemical activation of the components of the composition are performed. When the mixture is mixed with water, a deliberately stable solution is formed, giving a stone with high strength. 2 tab. (O (L tc with with with with ND
