titleOfInvention | Method of producing alkylbenzolsulphonates or alkylsuphates |
abstract | The invention relates to aliphatic and aromatic sulphonates, in particular to the preparation of Cs-alkyl benzene sulphonates (l) or C, -Cso-alkyl sulphates (and), which use: as surface-active substances. Plasma quality I and II and a reduction in the amount of harmful emissions is achieved by introducing into the process another liquid sulphating agent — concentrated or 2–8% oleum with a certain molar ratio of reagents. Synthesis of I or II is carried out by sulfonation of C, o-C, 4-alkylbenzoles or higher fatty C, o -Cfo-alcohols, alternately with SOjt gas with diluted air up to 4-8 vol.%, And their molar ratio to the feedstock is equal to . 0.48-0.81: 0.34.-1: 1, and a temperature of 30-58 ° C. Then the sulphonated mass is neutralized with NaOH. The method provides an increase in output by 1.3%, a degree of conversion of sulfoagent vapors by 16-17% and an improvement in color by 20-30 units of iodine scale with an increase in NaOH consumption 100 times, but overall, a reduction in harmful emissions into the atmosphere is achieved. 1 h, para. f-ly, 2 tab.
