titleOfInvention Method of determining antigens and antibodies
abstract The invention relates to immunology and is intended to simultaneously determine 2 antigens. in one enzyme immunoassay. The purpose of the invention is to increase the number of antigens or antibodies detected in a single sample by using 2 conjugates with different enzymes. To do this, adsorb antigen (Ag) or antibodies (Ab) to the polystyrene solid phase, incubate with the test sample containing Ag or Ab, then add a mixture of specific conjugates of Ag or Ab with alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase, respectively the chromogenic substrate for alkaline phosphatase, the concentration of one Ag or Ab is determined colorimetrically, then the solid phase is washed off and the chromogenic substrate for peroxidase is added, the optical density of which determines the concentration of the second Ag or Abs. Thus, in one experiment, it is possible to establish the isotype of antibodies and antigens synthesized. 1 tab. with (L
