titleOfInvention Method of diagnosis of disturbance of functions of salivary gland
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to radiology and dentistry, intended to diagnose the function of the salivary gland. The purpose of the invention is to improve the diagnostic accuracy by continuing scintigraphy until the radioactivity decreases after the functional load, determining the increase of the radioactivity after the functional load to the radioactivity before the load. According to certain average indices, with an increase in the radioactivity of the gland per minute, equal to 0.01-1.09%, a dysfunction of the salivary gland is diagnosed. The increase in the radioactivity of the gland per minute is calculated using the formula p (A-B): T, where A is the radioactivity of the gland 8-10 minutes after the salivator reaction relative to its radioactivity at 25-30 minutes after the introduction of pertechnetate (in percent); B - radioactivity of the gland after reflex salivation in relation to its radioactivity at 25-30 minutes after the administration of pertechnetate (as a percentage); T is the time from the registration of the lowest radioactivity of the gland after reflex salivation to the end of the study. with SS (LU 00 SP with
