titleOfInvention Method of treatment of patients ill with trophic ulcers of the shin
abstract The invention relates to medicine and can be used in the pre- and postoperative period in skin-plastic surgery in patients with a high risk of possible rejection or lysis of free autodermal transplant. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the number of complications when conducting autodermoplasty in a patient with trophic names of the lower leg. To achieve the goal, the skin at the donor site and the recipient site (wound, neck) with the surrounding area at a distance of 3-4 cm from the edge around the perimeter, is saturated with P / o-th hydrocortisone ointment using 830 kHz ultrasound at an intensity of 0.4 W / cm in a constant mode using a labile procedure for 6 min, 3 min for each field. Procedures are performed for 3-4 days before autodermoplasty. The next day after surgery, the skin around the transplanted flap is applied with hydrocortisone ointment and exposed to ultrasound with the same parameters for 2 minutes over a period of 2–3 days. All patients receive conventional complex treatment. Rejection of transplanted patches was not observed. (L 000 O5 co
