titleOfInvention | Method of surgical treatment of opacity of rear layers of cornea |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used in the surgical treatment of the effects of eye diseases resulting in damage to the cornea. The purpose of the invention is to prevent the growth of the retro-corneal membrane on the posterior surface of the graft by improving the trophism of the anterior cornea of the recipient and reducing the injury to the donor's graft. To do this, a wide-base flap is cut out from the front layers of the cornea of the recipient and turned off. In the center of the formed bed, trepanation of the posterior layers of the cornea is performed. After appropriate treatment, the donor's eyes cut a graft of the appropriate diameter from the corneal thickness, transplant it into the trepanation hole on the recipient's eye with a front surface at the level of the bottom of the flap-valve bed. The donor graft is covered with a flap-valve of the recipient, pre-cut from the front layers of the cornea of the recipient. The flap valve is fixed with sutures. Buried disinfectant drops. Aseptic binocular dressing is applied. |
