titleOfInvention Device for measuring concentration of ozone in air-oxygen
abstract The invention relates to a capacitance meter and can be used to analyze the composition of a gaseous medium. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of measurements. The device contains two measuring generators, including capacitive sensors, connected by controllable valves, alternately to the source of the test gas, directly. and through the ozone decomposition cell. The outputs of both generators are connected to a frequency mixer, the output of which is connected to the counter through logic elements. The digital state of the meter carries information about the concentration of ozone in the gas. An increase in the sensitivity of the AND: -accuracy of measurements is achieved by using two measuring generators with capacitive cell sensors connected to a frequency mixer. 2 Il.
