abstract This invention relates to a method for determining sphingomyelin. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method for. sphingomyelin titration by hemolysins of sea anemones. Hemolysins proteins from sea anemones are added to the test material. Red blood cells are added. The equivalence point for the occurrence of red blood cell hemolysis is determined. Based on the molecular weight of the hemolysin used, its concentration, the volume of the hemolysin solution and the volume of the sample, the sphingomyelin contents are calculated. 3 tab. c (O O 00 N9
