titleOfInvention Method of separating nucleic acids
abstract The invention relates to anaaiic chemistry, in particular, to the analysis of nucleic acids by thin layer chromatography and can be used to identify these acids and related components. The goal is to simplify and increase the selectivity of the method. The analysis is carried out on aminopropyl silica gel, using as the mobile phase a mixture of 0.9-1.1 M aqueous solution of acetic acid and ethanol with a ratio of 10: 1. The use of 2M COOH as part of the mobile phase destroys the phosphor, and the background of the plate darkens. These conditions ensure good separation of the mixture of ribonucleotides or deoxynucleotides, i.e. RJ have different meanings, while in the known method the values of R j for different components are the same, and therefore separation is not achieved. 4 tab. .with € (Л С
