titleOfInvention Method of red toning of prints of photographic paper
abstract The invention allows to increase the photosensitivity of the photographic material and image contrast, as well as reduce the level of the veil. Pre-soaked prints are treated in a solution containing potassium ferricyanide, nickel chloride and potassium citrate for 5 minutes. Then intermediate staining is carried out, in an aqueous solution of dimethylglyoxime and sodium hydroxide. Additional staining is carried out in an aqueous solution of anhydrous sodium sulfite, thiourea, potassium bromide and sodium hydroxide in the following ratio of ingredients, g: anhydrous sodium sulfite 148-152; thiourea 4,5-5,5; potassium bromide 39-41; sodium hydroxide 23-27; water up to 1 l. The treatment is completed by flushing for 30 minutes. All processes are carried out at 20 ° C. As a result, the density, the useful exposure interval, the stability of the prints during storage, including in the light, are increased. 1 tabl c
