titleOfInvention Method of obtaining beta-sitosterol
abstract The method of fading / 3 -systerol by extracting raw phytosterol with an organic extractant, separating solid soaps, esterifying phytosterol with carboxylic acid chloride, separating y5 sitosterol ester from a mixture of organic solvents and then washing it into the desired product, different in that, in order to increase the yield and improving the quality of | 3-sitosterol, toluene is used as an extractant with a ratio of raw and solvent 1: 5-6 (by weight), and at the esterification stage as a carboxylic acid chloride lots using benzoyl chloride in toluene and vschelenie benzoate - a seeing-sitosterol precipitation t (A n-propnlovym alcohol at a ratio of toluene and an alcohol of 1: 4.5 (by volume).
