The method of producing albumin by centrifuging blood, fractionating proteins, precipitating the albumin fraction, filtering, quenching, freeze drying and sterilization, is characterized by the fact that, in order to increase the yield of the monomer fraction and eliminate pyrogenicity, the albumin solution is additionally treated with a carbon sorbent. 50-60 minutes at a ratio of sorbent (by weight) and albumin solution (by volume) 1: 8-1: 10. |
