The method of obtaining an immunostimulant from the thymus, including the cleaning of raw materials, grinding, followed by separation of the target product, characterized in that, in order to increase the activity and yield of the target product, after cleaning the raw materials, it is frozen and the crushed raw materials are extracted with 5-6 volumes of 3% acetic solution acid containing zinc chloride with a ratio of zinc chloride and acetic acid 1: 1000 for 48 - 72 h, then insufficient liquid is separated and the target product is isolated by precipitation with five volumes of acetone at t = (-3) - (-5) C, the precipitate obtained is extracted with water at pH = 6-7 and at room temperature for 1-3 hours. |
