titleOfInvention | Method of processing zinc cakes |
abstract | 1. METHOD FOR PROCESSING ZINC KECKS, including granulating them, drying them, mixing them with a carbon-containing reducing agent, heating the mixture obtained, distilling non-ferrous metals, and catching sublimates — to produce oxides. In order to reduce the consumption of the reducing agent and increase the recovery of non-ferrous metals, the reducing agent is introduced in a mixture with aqueous itacToft zinc carbonate containing soda and sodium hydrosulfite, and the paste is set in the amount of 20-30% by weight of reducing agent. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the content of soda and sodium hydrosulfite in the aqueous paste is 6.640% and 6.6-25%, respectively, by weight of zinc carbonate. 3. The method according to Claims 1 and 2, of which is that the content of oxen in the paste is 15-40% kn based on the weight of the paste. |
