abstract The special treatment of the Rossolimo Chilkerson-Rozental syndrome by administering protigiosan, B group vitamins and anthgistamines, characterized in that, with a chain of shortening the treatment time, the patient is also administered intra-. muscular heparin at a dose of 250O-3000 units. For injection, nicotinic acid and lidaza, orally phytin, glutamic acid, giperzine and pyridamole were administered locally twice a day, alternately by electrophoresis, oral phytin, glutamic acid, hypercinine and pyridamol, and locally, a heparin ointment and venor-Runton gel were applied to the skin every other day.
