titleOfInvention Biologically degradable foamy plastic materials
abstract Biologically decomposable foamy plastic material with apparent density from 5 to 13 kg/m3 and contains from 30 to 99.5 % wt. of polysaccharide containing more than 50 % wt. of thermoplastic starch or starch complexed by polymeric structures, with inner viscosity less than 1.3 dl/g and less than 20 % wt. of the share soluble in ethanol; from 0.5 to 70 % wt. of thermoplastic polymer, which is soluble in starch or is able to complex the starch and up to 20 % wt. of water. Preparation method for material by extrusion of the mixture under the 150 to 200 C and with subsequental compacting under the temperatures from 240 C and in period from 20 to 60 seconds.
