Method for production of compositions of formula (I) by reaction of compositions of formula (I) with chloride of acid of general formula (R,R,W)C-C(=O)X in inert diluent and polar aprotic diluent with the presence of base. Pharmaceutical and veterinary preparations based on compositions of formula (I) are antibacterial agents. |
