Mixture according to the invention from 0.1 to 70% by weight of an extract of white or red grapes or mixture thereof, from 1 to 90% by weight of carrier containing carbohydrates or fiber or mixtures thereof, from 0.5 to 30 % by weight of acidity regulators and optionally up to 90% by weight of wine powder and up to 10% by weight of additives selected from the group consisting of anti-caking agents, spices, stabilizers, sweeteners, flavors, colorings, extracts of herbs and dried fruits. |
