It was prepared till now unknown N-succinoyl-2-ethyl- -6-methylaniline formula I. Synthesis of this compound is realized by reaction 2-ethyl-6-methylaniline with anhydride cuccinic acid in benzene by reflux. The compound is antihelminic effective against model helmints Nippostrongylus brasiliensis and Hymenolepis nana. |
