Foamer in a quantity of 15 up to 85 weight percent of flotation agent is saponified partially and or partially hydrolysed triglyceride of plant oil and a synthetic mixture consisting of 55 up to 99 weight percent, at least three aliphatic and / or acyclic alcohol, and / or ketons with 3 up to 18 carbon atoms in a molecule, while the rest up to 100 percent is created by ethers and esters especially, aldehydes, carboxyl acids, hydroxyacids. Skimmer is created based on the hydrocarbon fraction and / or oil or methylester related to at least one unsaturated carboxyl acid C14 up to C22. |
