titleOfInvention Preparation with antibacterial and anti-fungal effect
abstract Coating material or building material with antibacterial and fungicidal effect with a silver-based precursor was formed by Ca, Na, K ion exchange in the layered materials of the group of phyllosilicates, for example of kaolinite with tetrahedral and dioctahedral network of type 1:1, or of layered materials from the group of phyllosilicates, for example of smectite with dioctahedral or trioctahedral network of type 2:1 coupled through the aforesaid exchangeable cations. This precursor incorporated into the coating material and building materials at a concentration of 1 % by weight to 50 % by weight contains from 1.10-6 % by weight to 50 % by weight of ions and silver metal particles. The system further contains from 1.10-6 % by weight to 50 % by weight of a binder from the group of polymers and copolymers of vinyl acetate, acrylate, styrene acrylate, alkyds or epoxyesters, or optionally a binder from the group of inorganic silicate binders, silicic acid esters, siloxanes or alkoxides. The rest may be additives and biocides.
