titleOfInvention | Process for producing nanoparticulate monolayers and multilayers |
abstract | Method for production of nano-particle mono-layers and multi-layers is based on that acontinuous mono-layer of nano-particles prepared in adeposition vessel on the surface of the liquid sub-phase is left to fall onto the surface of a solid substrate dipped into the liquid sub-phase. It is achieved by means of withdrawing or leakage of the liquid through regulation valve until the whole surface of the substrate or a part of the substrate is covered with mono-layer of the nano-particles. The surface of the substrate is in horizontal plane eventually is moderate sloping in relation to the liquid surface. Nano-particle multi-layers are prepared by means of repeating this process. |
