titleOfInvention Preparation method of blood albumin with reduced salts content and increased monomer content for therapeutical purposes
abstract Purification of an albumin solution by removing relatively low-molecular compounds, expressed in a molecule weight up to 67,000, and relatively high-molecular compounds, expressed in a molecule weight as from 70,000, out of albumin solutions by gelling filtration, diafiltration and ultrafiltration with respect to distilled apyrogenic water or solutions in distilled apyrogenic water with a pH value ranging from 3.0 to 9.0 and at temperature ranging from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, such as 0.05 M of sodium chloride solution, 0.02 M of a phosphate buffer, 0.02 M of acetate buffer; the solution thus obtained is condensed by the ultrafiltration and, if desired, lyophilisation; and after adding pasteurising stabilisers it is pasteurised and sterilised by means of filtration, for example.
