abstract | A transdermal therapeutic system that contains acetylsalicylic acid as active substance has a laminated structure with a substantially active substance-and humidity-tight back layer, as well as one or several active substance-containing matrix layers, which at least in one matrix layer contains active substance - acetylsalicylic acid in amount more than 50 % in crystalline form. Preparation method for transdermal therapeutic system consists of that acetylsalicylic acid in suspension, solution or melting from the initial material of matrix is spread on the foil, dehensively prepared basic material in at least one layer and is dried, then the matrix layer is covered by seating of the back layer active substance and humidity retaining and the substrate is divided by breaching the contours, optionally by cutting the foil. |
