titleOfInvention | Method of treatment of liquid waste by production of 6-aminopenicilane acid or 7-aminodeacetoxycefalosporan acid |
abstract | This patent describes a liquid vast processing, created of 6-amino penicillin or 7-amidodeacetooxycephaloporane acid based on the enzyme splitting of benzyl, phenoxymethyl penicillin or deacetixycefalosporine G. This vast, which consists of water and organic layer, is supplied by acid, in order to provide the pH value 2,0 up to 4,5 and the water layer is separated of the organic layer with the use of ammonium (gaseous or in a form of ammonium water) until a neutral reaction is observed, the ammonium salt of phenylacetic or phenoxyacetic acid is separated, and these acids can be used as the precursor, if a fermentation production of benzylpenicillin or phenoxymethyl penicillin is provided. The organic layer is reusable after the rests of water layer have been separated, without any further processing, when producing 6-amino penicilane or 7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporane acid. |
