Piperazine derivative of general formula (I), wherein: R1 is pyridyl or phenyl with one substituent from the Ph complex or 2- or 3-thienyl; R2 is Ph or Het; Ph and Ph' are mutually independe ntly phenyl, whilst both groups are unsubstituted or have 1, 2 or 3 substituents from the complex F, Cl, Br, I, OH, OA, A, CF3, NO 2, CN, COA, CONH2, CONHA, CONA2 and 2- and 3-thienyl; Het is satu rated, partly or completely unsaturated monocyclic or bicyclic he terocyclic group with 5 to 10 members in the ring, containing 1 o r 2 atoms N and/ or O, having eventually 1 or 2 substituents form the complex comprising F, Cl, Br, I, OA, CH3, A and NO2; A is C1 -6alkyl and its physiologically harmless salt, derivative is usab le as a dopamine ligand with the selectivity for D4-receptor for production of pharmaceutical preparations for treatment of centra l nervous system diseases; its production methods; pharmaceutical preparation containing it and its use. |
