The method of pre-sowing treatment of plant seeds uses low-temperature plasma in combination with subsequent surface treatment of seeds with a mordant, wherein the low-temperature plasma is generated at atmospheric pressure in air or other common working gas. The mordant can be applied in a lower dose after treating the seeds with plasma. Next, an apparatus for carrying out this method is described, consisting of a block for the surface treatment of seeds with a plasma and a block for the subsequent surface treatment of seeds with a mordant. |
