abstract The invention relates to a process for preparing cyclohexene derivatives of formula (I), (Ia), (Ib), (Ic) and their enantiomers by relatively short synthesis from the starting 1-nitro-4-oxobutanylamides and diethylphosphorylacrylates in the presence of alkaline catalysts and crown ethers using microwave radiation with or without it. Of the derivatives of formula (I), (Ia), (Ib) and (Ic), potential neuraminidase inhibitors are available in one step.
