The present invention relates to a method for determining the enantiomeric purity of 2- (4-fluorophenyl) -β, delta-dihydroxy-5- (1-methylethyl) -3-phenyl-4 - [(phenylamino) carbonyl] -1H-pyrrole-1-heptanoic acid. the acid and its salts of formula (I) by chiral chromatography. The assay can be used to control drug substance or liquid and solid dosage forms. |
