abstract Described are substituted Mannich bases of pyrrols of formula (I) wherein R 1 = H, C 1-10 -alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl or aryl, heteroaryl, CN, Br, Cl or OH radical bonded via a C 1-6 -alkylene group, R 2 = CH (R 4) N (R 5) (R 6), R 3, R 3 ', R 3' 'together or individually represent H, F, Cl, Br, CF 3, CN, NO 2, SO 2 NH 2, NHR 7, SR 8, OR 9, CO ), CH2CO (OR11), COR15, C1-10-alkyl-, aryl-, heteroaryl aryl radical or heteroalkyl radical bonded via C1-6-alkylene, R4 = unsubstituted phenyl radical or phenyl radical which is at least monosubstituted C1-4 alkyl, C 1-3 -alkoxy, halogen, a process for the manufacture of said compounds, medicaments comprising said compounds, and the use of said compounds for the manufacture of a medicament.
