Disclosed is a 1-trifluoromethyl-4-hydroxy-7-piperidinylaminomethylchroman derivative of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R 1 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl; R 2 is hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, halo (C 1 -C 6) alkyl or phenyl; R 3 is hydrogen or halogen and R 4 and R 5 each independently represent hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl or halo (C 1 -C 6) alkyl, a use and a pharmaceutical composition thereof, which is useful for treating CNS diseases, gastrointestinal system and other diseases. |
