abstract |
The aliphatic amines are obtained by continuously adding gaseous ammonia to the alkenes in the presence of a heterogeneous or homogeneous catalyst at a pressure of 2 to 8 MPa. The synthesis system consists of two interconnected and conditional sections and a deflector, wherein in the first separation section equipped with a build-up to increase the interfacial gas and liquid contact surface, the amine concentrate separates the mixture of alkenes and ammonia which are recycled from the first section deflector with fresh starting materials in the form of gas through the preheater to a second, reaction section filled with catalyst, wherein the alkene partially reacts with ammonia to the amine and the reaction mixture leaving the second section is cooled in the cooling zone and returns the raw section of the first section; amine which is further purified. |
