abstract There is disclosed a diagnostic agent for 99mTc indication based on an adduct of metal salt and isocyanoether, or based on a mixture of these adducts. Said agent contains a reducer; 0.5 - 5 weight parts of antioxidant, in respect to the weight of the adduct; 10 weight parts of saccharine and/or aminoacid of formula H2N-(CH2)n-COOH, wherein n is a whole number from 1 to 4, in respect to the weight of the adduct; and a puffer in an amount satisfactory to obtain pH value between 4 and 6 when said agent is dissolved in water. The agent is used for the purpose of isotopic radio-diagnostic method, especially for diagnosing myocardial disorders.
