Compounds of common formula (I) in which R and R0 stands for the hydrogen atom or R and R0 being positioned in the adjacent carbon atoms form, together with the benzene ring upon which are bounded, the naphthalene ring; R2 stands for hydrogen or substituted phenyl group, pyridyl or thienyl group and W stands for 1-imidazolyl, 1-(1,2,4 or 1,3,4)-triazolyl or 1-imidazolyl group substituted by C1-C4 alkyl, and their pharmaceutically applicable salts or their optical isomers which are prepared during the condensation of the common formula (VII) compounds or derivatives with protected nitrogen atom with the common formula (VIII) compound. Produced compounds of common formula (I) might be converted to other compounds of common formula (I) or salts of common formula (I) compounds, or to their optical isomers. Produced compounds are used as drugs. |
