abstract | This patent describes a procedure closed to the production of high-crystalline polypropylene: A) the MFR melt flow speed and the absorption ratio in the infrared spectrum IR-tau at the wave number of 997 cm-1 and 973 cm-1, it means the ration A997/A993 corresponds with the equation IR-tau is less or equal 0,0203 log MFR + 0,950, while MFR is in the interval of 0,1 up 200 and B) in the case, the diluted polypropylene solution is mixed in xylene slowly, the initial sediment compound in the quantity of 2 up to 3 weight percent, is of IR-tau value at least 0,97 and the middle molecular weight MWI of the stacked component and the molecular weight MWO of non-fractioned polypropylene are related to each other, so that the ratio MWI/MWO is 3 at least, and a procedure is based on the catalytic polymerisation, while this polymerisation is provided in two stages. In the first stage propylene is undertaken to the polymerisation in the environment containing no hydrogen, with the use of the catalyst created based on the solid component containing titanium, organic aluminium compound or based on the donor of electrons, at the temperature of 60 Celsius degrees ant this process duration corresponds to 4 up to 9 percent of the total polymerisation time. In the second stage this polymerisation process is provided with use of the first stage catalyst, while hydrogen is present, at the temperature, the value of which corresponds to the value closed to the first stage at least, in time corresponding to 91 up to 96 percent of the total polymerisation time. |
