abstract This patent describes a procedure dealing with an activation of the heterologous proteins, gained with the use of the genetic technology, containing the disulphide bridges of the eukariotic origin, after it has been expressed prokaryotic organisms, when a breakage of cells with the use of the solubilization is completed and the subsequent denaturation and reduction is provided, while the oxidation conditions are kept and the substance called CSH/GSSG is present, however this activation is provided in the environment with a pH value of 9 up to 12 and the concentration of the GSH substance is 0,1 up to 20 mmol/l, the concentration of the CSSG is 0,01 up to 3 mmol/l and the concentration of the denaturation means is of the such level, that no protein denaturation is observed.
