titleOfInvention | Method of preparation of alkyl-n-arylthiocarbames and/or cycloalkyl-n-arylthiocarbamates |
abstract | Alkyl-N-arylthiocarbamates, as and cycloalkyl- -N-arylthiocarbamates with general formula R-Ar-(NHCOSR')/SUB_x/, in which x=1 or 2, R=hydrogen, alkyl with number of carbons 1 to 4, Ar=phenyl, tolyl, xylyl, naphthyl, R'=alkyl with number of carbons 1 to 12, cyclohexyl to cyclooctyl are prepared by catalysed carbonylation of nitroaromates or dinitroaromates by carbon monoxide at temperature 60 to 240 degrees of Celsius and pressure 0,5 to 305 MPa by coprefunction of alkanthioles or cycloalkanthioles and catalytic system created with minimum one inorganic or organic aprotic base, next with sulfur or lowermolecular compound of sulfur, as carbonyl sulfide COS, hydrogen sulfide H/SUB_2/S, at which this function can fill also thiol reagent. Third component is compound of vanadium or tin mainly solvent in carbonylation medium. |
