Process and device for producing cellulose fibers |
abstract |
In order to produce cellulose fibres, a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amino oxide is hot-shaped into filaments, the filaments are cooled and brought into a precipitation bath in order to precipitate the dissolved cellulose. Before being brought into the precipitation bath, the shaped solution is exposed for cooling to a substantially laminar gas current. The filamenting facility has an inflow of the cooling gas and filamenting jet (1') with filamenting openings arranged in a ring fashion for creating the ringy band of filaments (5). The inflow of cooling gas is in the middle of the ring of filamenting openings while the filaments are cooled down by laminar gas current. |
